STORE POLICIES
  • Unfortunately due to the nature of our products, we can not accept returns or exchanges. If you have received an incorrect product please contact us and we will gladly assist you. 
  • Currently shipping is only available to the continental US.
  • All orders are shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • We are not responsible for orders that have been shipped. We will not replace lost or stolen packages.
  • We try extremely hard to ensure our photos are as life-like as possible, but please understand the actual color may vary slightly from your monitor/screen.

SAFETY

  • All of our products are BPA, lead and phthalate free and FDA approved.
  • Products have been CPSC tested to CPSIA standards.
  • Please use all products under adult supervision. 
  • It is recommended that teethers and pacifier clips be replaced after 2-3 months of use. Before every use, please check/inspect teethers and pacifier clips for normal wear and tear. Discard if there are any signs of damage. Do not use it while the child is sleeping.
